Spices

Spices and seasonings were the Case aux Epices' original area of expertise;
 
the consistant quality of our raw materials and the efficiency of our heat treatment are recognized and appreciated by professionals of the food service industry. Our extensive range allows cooks to choose from a large selection of spices and seasonings.

 

Our spices are still available in the form of two ranges designed for use in the institutional food service industry:
  •   Packets of 500 g or 1 kg
  •   Flappers of 40 to 550 g

Available in packets
of 0.5 g, 1 g or 10 g.

 

  Smaller formats

The Case aux Epices also offers:

  • Original flavor Pael'or or Pael'or with saffron for giving rice a rich color
  • Packets of thyme bundles, bay leaf, and thyme and bay leaf mixes
