  Sauce production: recognized expertise

 

With nearly 6,000 tons of sauces produced each year, the Case aux Epices has positionned itself as a key figure in the market for sauces in single serve portions.

 

Our Research and Development department is constantly expanding our range of sauces by adding new recipes, be it through developments based on specific customer requirements or through an expansion of our catalogue.
 
Our sauces are manufactured in conditions controlled at 15°C with a positive-pressure environment to prevent any external contamination.

 
  We carry out regular checks when our products are put into production: :
  1. a flavor test (smell, taste, texture, color)
  2. a pH test (acidity level)
  3. a sample of each product batch is stored in the laboratory until the end of the product's life
