Contrôles qualité

To ensure the quality of our products, we regularly carry out internal inspections. The Case aux Epices possesses a quality control laboratory, where we perform chemical, physical, taste and microbiological tests on our products.


To ensure the accuracy of our microbiological analyses, we also perform ring tests twice a year.
